Is there a way to change who can/not add title to a personal list? Also, how does one limit (can one?) the number of votes for each voter to a number smaller than the total on the list? Thanks!

There is no such thing as a "personal" Listopia. They're meant to be public. Anyone can vote on any list. There is no way to change who can or can't add a title to any list. You can't limit the number of votes each voter is allowed; this is currently 100.
Thanks for your answer -- then I don't have to break my head trying to figure out how to do all these...
