Then I win!

Um maybe because your serious face is a sad face. And the sad face is a serious face. And the serious face can be thought of as a mad face.

message 555: by Sohaib (new)

Sohaib | 6884 comments My serious face is not a sad face.... its just devoid of emotions and softness... could that be the reason??:-\:-(:-(

message 556: by Owaiz (last edited Jul 28, 2013 08:01PM) (new)

Owaiz @Sohaib: What's wrong? You want to share something or you want to play the game long? Aahista aahista unravel karo ge apnay aap ko? Hahaha!

As for the softness, try Ponds or something. I prefer Olive oil though but then my skin is extra dry.

message 557: by Zenab (new)

Zenab Ch | 2099 comments Mod
A face devoid of softness and emotions doesn't look just mad, it could look menacing. You know what you've gotta do, practice in front of the mirror or take selfies with different expressions. Find one you like and paste it on.

message 558: by Sohaib (new)

Sohaib | 6884 comments @Owaiz konsi game??!! Mein unravel itni asani se nhn honay wala... people have spent their lives trying to know me but alas ;-):-P:-D:-D:-D

@Zenab i used to paste emotions.. but now i have realized WTH I am what I am and I am not ashamed of it :-P:-D:-D:-D

message 559: by Sohaib (new)

Sohaib | 6884 comments And bilkul nhn Owaiz my skin is too oily... Marna hai olive oil se :-P:-P

message 560: by Zenab (new)

Zenab Ch | 2099 comments Mod

message 561: by Sohaib (new)

Sohaib | 6884 comments Coz I am not angry... Shareef sa bacha awaien muft mein badnaam ho rha hai ;-):-P:-D:-D:-D

message 562: by Zenab (new)

Zenab Ch | 2099 comments Mod
Let them think so... It's an intimidation factor.

message 564: by Owaiz (new)

Owaiz Well, you sounded like you wanted to share something. You know, the way people do, start dropping hints but don't say anything till everyone begs them to.

Wow, you must be *idktheword*. I can't think of anyone who'd spend their life trying to know me, lol.

I'm choking on my own laughter, sweetie-pie (don't ask me why) HAAHAHA!

Dekha to nahi but heard all about it.

message 565: by Zenab (new)

Zenab Ch | 2099 comments Mod
The ppl who know ur a sweetie pie won't care about the expression on ur face. They'll know you are one.
The ones that know, why do they even matter. People walk all over sweetie pies. You gotta come off as a hard a$$ so ppl respect u. Too sweet and they think ur easy to mess with.

message 566: by Sohaib (new)

Sohaib | 6884 comments Hahaha... I am that kind of person but i dont discuss me in public... u know those stalkers will pick things up ;-):-P:-D:-D:-D...

Uffff... yahan har koi choke kyon ho jata hai laughter se??!! doctor ko check kraen it could be serious ;-):-P

Han ji aap ne tau nhn dekha hoga na!! Afridi jo chala tha :-P:-P

@owaiz I think ppl can spend their whole lives peeling you like an onion. Every time someone thought they got to the core, you'd turn around, when no one was looking, and put some layers back on.
Not sure what made me think of an onion and you....

message 568: by Sohaib (new)

Sohaib | 6884 comments @Zenab letting them feel that they can mess me up and seeing them fail when they actually do is soooooo much fun *evil laughter of dracula* :-D:-D:-D

message 569: by Sohaib (new)

Sohaib | 6884 comments Hmm I think u shudnt let them peel layers at all... people see and feel what they want to feel... so let them think that they know u... dont correct them if they are wrong

message 570: by Zenab (new)

Zenab Ch | 2099 comments Mod
Exactly aalia. If you need someone to not mess with you, you gotta let it be known. Another reason is that you never want to underestimate anyone... I think it's better to be on the offense

Aalia wrote: "But the harmless kitty impression has been much to my advantage. It shows the true colours of the people around me, also makes the non-threats comfortable around me and it only takes one explosive ..."

i second your statement Aalia. under estimating some one leads to you been called a fool and showing all your colours also falls in the same category. like Zenab said staying in Offensives works in your favour in any and every condition.

Zenab wrote: "I tell you things would be so much better, and prettier, if women ran the world."

iam sorry but that can't be right. i might be form the same race but i don't believe all women have the heart to make sore but right decisions when needed.

no offence. :P

message 574: by Zenab (new)

Zenab Ch | 2099 comments Mod
Neither are all men. Not every side is 100% is perfect. But I believe women are generally better decision makers then men. Better decisions, better results.

Zenab wrote: "Neither are all men. Not every side is 100% is perfect. But I believe women are generally better decision makers then men. Better decisions, better results."

yup. i get what you are saying and i agree with it too. lets settle then. some best decisions are made by women while some by men. neither can rule the world best sperated because they tend to get greedy and selfish. so to create a balance Allah gave them both equality. :P

message 576: by Zenab (new)

Zenab Ch | 2099 comments Mod
Allah did... but men can't stand it. Women have to fight way too hard to get the sane equality that's their right. Few succeed :/ that's the sad truth.

message 577: by Sohaib (new)

Sohaib | 6884 comments Sooo sorry for barging in in this very female dominating doomsday discussion :-P;-)

No offence but ur discussion is exactly why women shudnt run the world :-P;-)

@Aalia u r right.. soft kitty image helps but not every colour is revealed... Trust me there arent just 50 shades of grey

@Maira and @zenab i know its said that offence is the best defence but thats just a lie... You cant judge your defences until they are nearly all defeated or rigorously tested... likewise offensive if used always will always make u lose people that u love and keep people who are worth keeping far away.... not to mention it will always destroy ur psychy one way or another... i have already seen it so just sharing the info... for me generally Aalia's strategy is better but than again u cant and shudnt standarised sth as valueable as ur ownself

message 578: by Sohaib (new)

Sohaib | 6884 comments @Maira sorry was typing before ur comment of balance.. agreed with that part :-):-)

message 579: by Sohaib (new)

Sohaib | 6884 comments Waisay may I ask sth from my honorable friends... a question... its religious.... and it willllllllll coz huge conflicts.... so shud i start that discussion here or shudnt i?? :-\

message 580: by Zenab (new)

Zenab Ch | 2099 comments Mod
Go for it...

message 581: by Sohaib (new)

Sohaib | 6884 comments Women nowadays say that men and women are equal... My point of view is they arent.... keeping rights and obligations seperate.... Religiously... where is it written in Quran that they are equal??

And please people although I am starting this discussion no abuse or fatwas are to be given by anyone especially male members.....

message 582: by Sohaib (new)

Sohaib | 6884 comments by rights and obligations i mean rights and obligations between genders

message 583: by Zenab (new)

Zenab Ch | 2099 comments Mod
I think unless anyone of us are like our new friend Imran and study religion or research on it, we shouldn't be just saying things for the sake of arguing or what we think is true, or what we've learned from our elders. That is how most of us learn our religion, pregnant with cultural norms and influences. So let's discuss facts, if we've got em. I sure don't have enough research to backup my claims. I just spew that springs to mind.

message 584: by Sohaib (new)

Sohaib | 6884 comments Very right @Zainab... I just have just one verse in my research
"Divorced women remain in waiting for three periods, and it is not lawful for them to conceal what Allah has created in their wombs if they believe in Allah and the Last Day. And their husbands have more right to take them back in this [period] if they want reconciliation. And due to the wives is similar to what is expected of them, according to what is reasonable. But the men have a degree over them [in responsibility and authority]. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise." (2:228)

Zainsb should we shift this discussion to messages??

message 585: by Sohaib (last edited Jul 29, 2013 12:52PM) (new)

Sohaib | 6884 comments Aalia I was talking about stature and authority.... As per me, the rights and obligations of both genders are so diverse and different that even comparing them is stupidity... Tabhi kaha k R&O between genders eg rights of mom over child and rights of husband over wife to nhn include kar rha :)

And just to correct, the right of husband over wife isnt just one.... It is in ahadees that (summarised meaning) if prostration was allowed for anyone but Allah than it would be for the husband from wife

You said according to Islam... Please how exactly according to Islam??

message 586: by Sohaib (last edited Jul 29, 2013 01:07PM) (new)

Sohaib | 6884 comments @Aalia read the verse I posted earlier...

Your first verse just shows that social responsibility is same... sir aankhon par...

My view is females in Islam are more protected... more valued and more respected.... I didnt mean that men are BETTER... I meant men have been given more authority....

The beauty of Islam is that there is no one sphere and one rule to govern everything.... thus yes equality towards social sphere, economic sphere and religious sphere... But have been given more power, for any reason, but its by Divine order..

My objection in essence is Men have more power because females are relieved and comforted not because men are superior by birth... They are are higher in status because to protect sth someone has to be the shield

message 590: by Sohaib (new)

Sohaib | 6884 comments you are very right... I can tell you of sooooooo many other favors that a woman does but no one even knows that women are just giving favors :)

Married wala comment samajh nhn aaya :P:(

message 591: by Sohaib (last edited Jul 29, 2013 01:32PM) (new)

Sohaib | 6884 comments @Aalia that hadees was not only telling females to be obedient... It was also burdening men to be extremely extremely careful of what they ask their wives... My father hasnt ordered my mother because he knows it would become obligatory... This is what Islam teaches us... always beware of the rights of others.... coz one misstep and you loose sooooo much!!!!.... same power is given to mother over children... same power kept several sahabas from accepting Islam because their parents forbid it.... Its a whole chain of command... sorry for the wording :(

And please agar meri kooi baat rude ya hurtful lgi ho tau I am extremely sorry :(

@Owaiz... Um for the sake of this discussion i might say yes. Lekin then you'd be too lonely... Koi kareeb nahi aye ga. So yo spare those around you, my answer is no.
