Anyone up for a blog switch?

If you're a blogger/author, and you would be interested in this idea, please let me know. I'd like to guest blog on someone else's blog about any topic (as long as it's Christian or family friendly), and I'd like to have guest bloggers do the same with my blog. It's a great way to cross-promote anything too - if you're trying to push a title you've just published or whatever.

If this idea appeals to you, send me a message. You can blog on your writing and/or your work that you want to promote, what inspired you to write, your favorite books, why they're your favorite, any anecdotal stories that have to do with writing, etc. etc. Or if you have other ideas, I'd love to hear them. And then I'd love to do the same. If you have a blog, I would be interested in writing a guest entry.

Deborah, that's wonderful! :) I read your blog and liked your style, and would love to switch with you too. I'm in the same boat - a Christian author with a tiny fan base, hoping to expand. Why don't you write a post for my blog (if you've got anything you're just dying to write about, tell me)? You could also write about your books, what inspired you to write them in the first place, the message you wanted to give to the readers, any anecdotes about the writing period, etc. etc. I'll do the same for you, unless you have something specific you'd like me to blog on. I'll send you my piece then and you can put it on yours.

Also, please send me a short bio too, so I can give my readers a heads-up on who you are when I post your blog. Then I will use my FB pages and Twitter/LinkedIn/Google+ accounts to help publicize your blog.
