How to upload short stories?

HELP! I've been trying to upload two short stories for free reads on Goodreads and was told I could do this by the HELP desk. I uploaded the PDFs and they said the stories uploaded successfully and would appear in 1 to 2 hours. It's been 3 days and no stories have appeared anywhere. I've contacted HELP 3 times with no reply. My ticket number was #85945 but no one is replying to my emails with this number. Can someone PLEASE advise me how to upload a short story (no isbn) and the story cover. I have two novels on Goodreads and I'm part of the author program. Can someone help me since HELP is not helping me. Many thanks!

Thanks, Rivka. Yes, these are my short stories, but I don't understand where they are on the GR site. And how do I upload the story covers? These stories do not appear on my author page.

They appear in your writing section. See the section marked Paula’s Writing just below your list of books on your author page. I see a cover for each of them.

They will not appear as books because they are not books.

Rivka, I see them from your link but I done see them them on my author or book page. Where are they?

So, they are on my PROFILE page, not my book or author page. Thank you for clearing that up.
