Chapter 7 - I am currently unsupervised. It freaks me out, too, the possibilities are endless.

Okay, an Ozzy GPS App? DYING laughing. I wish I could actually have that on my iPhone. :-) This was a funny chapter, but also serious. We learn that one of Charley's ghosts in her apartment isn't dead after all. What did you think of the twist that Darynda threw in there for us? We also learned that Charley's presence is healing to the traumatized ghosts. And here she thought she was irritating. haha

I loved the new character! And I really like the fact that she also has a power of sorts. Darynda left some threads open pertaining to that character and I can't wait to see what roles she will play in future books.

Yes! I thought that it was a great spin on what we are normally used to with the ghosts that Charley deals with.

I thought it was wonderful that Charley's presence is healing, but I guess since Reyes's presence freaks out the ghosts, it shouldn't have been a surprise.

It's going to be interesting to see how Nicolette plays into future books.

After hearing the prophecy, (view spoiler)[she has to be the prophet helping Charley, right? (hide spoiler)] we'll find her in the following books. Darynda will have loads of trouble putting everyone in, I'm so glad Donovan will be back as well!

Ozzie's voice is just an amazing addition. I have to wonder if it would make me laugh if I was lost or just make me yell back a lot of bad words lol I know he did some voice stuff for Garmin GPS, maybe you can find it in some Garmin app.

Oh, I completely forgot about the audiobook option because I rather read. Is that reason enough to buy the audiobook? It probably is! lol

I'm not too surprised that Charley's touch is soothing to ghosts, although it's interesting to hear about another "power". Really interested where that will go in the future! And Charley is still annoying to ghosts :-) imagine being a ghost and getting ignored or snarky comments as responses! No "angelic" niceties from our Charley (and I wouldn't have it any other way)!

And Nicolette! What a surprise! She definitely sounds interesting, and sounds like she could be a good new character for the series!

Okay, now that I'm over the Ozzy App, I was totally thrown that one of the ghosts WASN'T. That was definitely a ...whoa....what? moment.

Yes, it makes sense that she can soothe ghosts, since she IS the portal to the other side. :) Wouldn't work very well if she was scary.

Yes, Meigan. I agree. I am hoping he will just shake things up a bit. Charley and Reyes seem to be going very well! :-)

Darynda has said she doesn't like love triangles and it's true Charley and Reyes are very official (though making Reyes a little jealous is always fun!). Donovan and his friends will probably help Charley when it's time to meet her father in law... (is that a great family or what?)

Thank heavens she dislikes the love triangle. Many readers do, too. Myself included. Depends on the book though. I would hate it in this series, mainly because I am such a huge fan of Charley and Reyes together. Hopefully when Donovan shows up again, he keeps his paws to himself :)

Mud, I am looking forward to Mr. Wong's story, too. I LOVE Darynda and respect her courage for writing a series with characters who find love, the love matures, changes, and grows. I truly enjoy reading books in which I get to observe couples after the "happily-ever-after".
