Need to find the name of a book asap!

Before I Die is the topic, as it's the closest one I can think of to it!


I've been trying to find a book I read about 2 years ago. The plot is like a teenage girl with leukemia is living with her protective mother in England, her brother is in college in Boston or somewhere. She goes over to visit him and falls in love with his friend. They go to New York.

Thats all I can remember, please help!!!
