Max III (MaxGuernseyIII) Although there are only 300 pages of reading material and the rest is the front and back matter, so I'm not sure what the right thing is for the good reads page count.

What do you mean by "back matter"? Is it things like indices and glossaries and other content that's really part of the book? Or is it previews and ads for other books?

message 4: by Max (new)

Max III (MaxGuernseyIII) I mean indexes, table of contents, glossaries, etc.

Those do get counted, if they are at the end. What is the last numbered page including such content? Are there any unnumbered pages with such content which follow that numbered page?

message 6: by Max (new)

Max III (MaxGuernseyIII) The last numbered page is 315. The last numbered page of the front matter is xxvi.

message 7: by Max (new)

Max III (MaxGuernseyIII) The table of contents, forward, etc. are in the portion numbered with lowercase roman numerals.

Max III (MaxGuernseyIII) Maybe it's a good thing that the name is wrong... maybe people are finding it while searching for other key phrases. Maybe not.

I just realized that maybe I need to reply directly to your post in order for you to get a notification so I'm doing that now. I've provided the requested data.

And there is no content after the numbered pages? Then it gets numbered 315. Also fixed title.
