well most of the people from abnegation are government representatives or work for the government in some way so abnegation doesn't really have leaders, though some are more influential than others

I strongly recommend that you read the first book, Divergent, then! It's really good, in my opinion (: And choosing a faction is basically choosing a trait that's closest to your personality. You can head over here for the break down :D
