Thanks, Becky. We are starting to see that to be true. My daughter is looking into nursing school and I will be doing some babysitting. I sure hope the 3 year old likes Maximum Ride for a bedtime story! LOL (Just kidding!)

I started and I like it ok, it's just trying to find time to read now! I was about to pick it up many times yesterday and something always got in the way, but that's life right? lol!

It will get better, I refuse to believe anything else! I just love reading so much that it's the only outcome! lol!! :D

Prologue and Part One Pg. 1-71
Part Two Pg. 72-158
Part III and Epilogue: Pg. 159-201

If that works for everyone, let me know. Anyone who has time can certainly read it quicker if you like. And if this pace is too fast we can switch it up. I think it's good but I don't know what the other editions are like. I'm starting with this schedule.

I'm just so happy to be back with the Flock again. I just love all of them, and I especially love that mouth and quick wit of Max's. I wish I had that gift!

Okay, I finished Part I and I am wondering if Jed and Dr. Martinez (view spoiler)[ are up to something. I haven't trusted Jed at all, and I wasn't 100% sure about Dr. Martinez. Now that she's "teaming up" with Jed I really have to question her! (hide spoiler)]

One part of the story that I actually thought was kind of cheesy is when the (view spoiler)[pizza exploded! (hide spoiler)] I was like WTH? LOL Are you for real? But at least it made me laugh. These kids never get a break! Sure they always escape, but they never can just "relax" and be kids.

Oh, and what about Fang and Max and that (view spoiler)[KISS! I think he really, really likes her. She's just scared, do you think? Or do you think she is too weirded out because he's so much like a brother to her? (hide spoiler)]

One last comment (I think) is what's up with all of the new (view spoiler)[abilities they are getting? I would LOVE to see Iggy gain his sight! Not so sure what good Nudge's new ability is or Angel's for that matter. I can see how Fang's "disappearing" can work to his advantage. I wonder if Max is going to get a new "gift" as well. (hide spoiler)]

I'm sorry but I had NO time to read at all today! I have been grading papers (it's after 1:00 AM here) all night and I am still not done. I can't stand letting them pile up. I'll read tomorrow IF I can keep my eyes open. LOL

Finished! This was a quick, easy-to-read and finish book! I wasn't as thrilled with it as the other books though, because I thought some of the action was "missing." But I still liked it a lot.

I am so glad that (view spoiler)[her mother appears to be genuine! And what about the Uber-Director and Gozen? OMG he was freaky, but nothing that the Flock couldn't handle, even it they did have a "little help" from mother nature! (hide spoiler)] LOL

At the end of the story I was happy at first that it appeared that they might get to (view spoiler)[go to school for a while, but jeez, it didn't even last a minute, so I was disappointed about that a little bit. (hide spoiler)]

One more thing is that the reason we learn that they have to save the world is (sorry to say) something that I am not very personally interested in, so that lessened my interest in the story line, but just a bit.
