"I don't know! It is really good!! Try it!!" She says handing Riley a fry with a dip of banana milkshake on it.

"I can't believe you! Oh well... Do you have a favorite milkshake here?"
"I am done.. Let's go." Marissa says leaving some of the fries and none of the milkshake. "I am not as hungry now!"

"Bye Britt!! Hopefully I will see you soon!!!" Marissa says as she walks out the door.

"Ok..." Marissa says, sitting in the passenger seat. "Can we turn on the radio?"
"I don't really care. you choose!"
"Oh cool!!" Marissa says while unbuckling her seatbelt.
"Neither do I, so it's all good."
Marissa opens the door and steps out of the car. She slams the door and starts walking towards the door. "Do we need money?"
"Ok, just wondering. I left my bag in the car."
"good..... do you have a favorite butterfly?"
"Oh.... that is really pretty."
"I don't know.... hmmm... maybe the ulysses butterfly or OHOH THE KARNER BLUE ONE!! I like the blue ones....." Marissa said a little too excited!
"no.... I just get really excited sometimes..."
"Ok! Let's go!!!" Marissa says picking up the pace.
"Ok... the milkshake must have got to me."
"yeah.... Oh well!!" She says cheerfully.
"YEAH!! ok.... Marissa calm down..." she tells herself.
"ok... I think i will get gum or gummy bears.."
"Maybe we can park in the street." She said, wanting to get out of the car. She was sitting too long.
"Finally! Let's go in!" Marissa said, as she unbuckled her seatbelt.
Marissa hopped out of the car and walked into the place.
"Alright. Mac n' Cheese is the best."
"Hmmm, blackberry, strawberry banana, and peaches."
"Oops! Oh well! Even more suggestions!!"
"Ok.. If you say so!" Marissa says, grabbing a pack of Trident gum.
"So, do we have another place to go?" Marissa said as she puts her gum down for the cashier to tell her the amount to pay.
"Ok. Is there new plans for tomorrow?"
"ok. I have to search for a job."
"Ok... I really should call my mom."
"Yeah." She said, pulling out her phone
"Ok!" Marissa said then she dialed the phione number
Marissa: "Hey, Mom! How are you?"
Mom: "Where are you?"
Marissa:"I am over a friends house."
Mom: "Ok, thanks for telling me."
Marissa: "I just told you. You said to make new friends! She works at the bookstore!"
Mom: "Fine! When are you coming home?"
Marissa: I'll text you later! Love you! Bye!"
Marissa then hung up the phone and walked towards the house.
Mom: "Where are you?"

Mom: "Ok, thanks for telling me."

"Hello. Nice to meet you!" Marissa said, smiling.
"Thanks, Dede!" Marissa said, following Riley.
"Ok. Also, my mom was wondering when I will be heading back home. do you have a specific time?"
