If it is a podcast reading of a book, then it is an audiobook.
Otherwise, it does not belong on Goodreads.

I am sorry if you cant read the language, but this is the example I can think of it right now
So the PDF was a transcript of the lecture? That's probably still not a book by Goodreads standards.
We're definitely skating right at the edge of our definitions, though.

I am not sure about GR policy towards adding podcast, there are quite a lot of podcast that has an organized structure and forms a unity in topic and published officially as audio CD or audio cassette or through you tube, however such podcast are not books and they don't have paper copy, but they have a very good benefit.
would it be OK to add such podcast under the type of podcast?
I think it would be good for GR to consider extending the service not only for books but also for other educational media
