Elijah chuckled softly. "I see," he said with a small smile.

Andi looked up at him and smiled again. "So are you as excited as me about holidays? The whole castle practically to ourselves!" She exclaimed.
Elijah laughed a bit. "I don't know," he said truthfully. "It might get awfully lonely."
Andi bit her lip and sighed. "Yeah. I'm going to miss my parents." She muttered. "But both me and them would rather not have me around the people they're visiting I suppose, though I have gotten better since the last I saw of them." She replied softly, looking at the ground as they walked.
Elijah gave her a small smile. "How's Simon?" he asked after a moment.
Andi sighed. "He's doing ok. Kind of shaken up about the whole thing that happened but... He's just really worried about me."
"I'm worried, too..." Elijah flashed back to one of his and Ingrid's conversations and shook his head. "Bloody worried."
Andi looked up at Elijah. "I was meaning to ask you... What's up with you and Ingrid?" She asked quickly. "I mean I'm not saying something is going on that's bad but... I notice these things. As well as the fact that I'm fairly certain Greg is in love with Ingrid." She rambled.

Elijah stared at her before bursting out laughing. "Me? Me and Ingrid? No, no. Nothing's going on between us. The funnier part is Greg and Ingrid. Uh... Why do you think he's in love with her again?"
Andi heard the hurried, tense tone in his voice but tried to ignore it. "Well he and I saw each other at the lake. I mean I was scared about talking to him but I did anyways. He kept staring at Ingrid the whole time, and seemed upset that she was with Danny, and he completely denied the fact that he was in love with her when I asked." She explained.
"Andi, why would he be in love with her? They don't even know each other," Elijah said, shaking his head. "Unless you count him kissing her against her will getting to know each other."
Andi sighed and shrugged. "Honestly, if you had seen him you would've thought so too. But I guess you had to have been there." She was still trying to ignore that tense tone he had. She shrugged again and changed the subject. "Anyways, I've been writing more." She said lightly.
Elijah glanced at her, glad the subject had been changed. "Oh?"
Andi nodded and smiled. "Mostly poems, recently." She replied.
"Well, that's great," Elijah said with a small smile.
Andi nodded. "Yeah." She then looked up at Elijah. "Do you like to do things like that? Draw, write, play a musical instrument? I don't think I've asked." She smiled.
"My mom made us all learn the piano..." Elijah mused.
Andi smiled. "Really? So do you play well?" She asked curiously. "I mean my dad tried getting me to play xylophone. Doesn't mean I was amazing." She laughed.
Elijah chuckled. "I'm decent, I suppose," he said.
Andi smirked. "Decent is better than nothing!" She exclaimed. "That's cool though! I played piano for... A year or so. I really did enjoy changing instruments randomly."
Andi nodded. "I've tried violin, piano, flute, harp..." She trailed off. "I think that's it so far. I'm on guitar right now, and I think I may actually stay with this one. I really enjoy playing guitar. And I sing too, although not many people besides my parents have heard me sing."
Elijah smiled. "If I sang in front of anyone, I'd die," he said, laughing. "I'm practically tone deaf."
Andi giggled. "Oh, Dork, I'm sure you're marvelous!" She exclaimed.
Elijah laughed. "Really, I'm not. When I was younger, my sister told me I sounded like a dying octopus. And then I asked her how she knew what a dying octopus sounded like. And then she told our mom that I called her stupid."
Andi laughed. "Really?" She giggled even more, unable to stop.
Elijah couldn't help but laugh. "It's not funny!" he protested.
Andi nodded and giggled even more. "Yes it is!" She smiled and nudged him. "I'm sure you're dying octopus impression has improved since then. Maybe you just sound like an octopus by now." She joked.
Elijah rolled his eyes. "Whatever," he mumbled.
Andi smiled and put her arm around his shoulders. "Ah, Dork, I'm kidding!" She smirked.
Andi smiled. "Yep. Well, I'm sure you can work on it." She said.
Andi pulled her arm away and smiled. "Alright, maybe not. But hey, maybe I can teach you guitar!" She said.
Andi nodded. "Definitely. If you want to learn, of course." She smiled.
"I might take you up on that," Elijah said with a smile.
"You should." Andi smiled and nudged him. "I'll make you decent at playing guitar." She joked.
"Definitely." Andi smiled warmly and glanced up at the sky. "Well we should probably go back, Dork, unless you have super night vision." She laughed.
Elijah chuckled. "Alright. Let's he's back."
Andi smiled and nodded. "Alright."
