Looks like a reused ISBN:Here is the World Cat entry for Tirant the White:

Amazon has the same Author/Publisher as the Worldcat entry for Tirant the White.
I did find an entry for Who's in Charge? in Worldcat:

Notice the Worldcat entry has no ISBN.
Looks like Ingram overwrote the original entry.
I reverted the changes from Ingram, resetting it back to Tirant the White. I couldn't find a description for the book, but everything else now matches Worldcat. I have also added an entry for the Who's in Charge book.
This is supposed to be a historical novel, though I can't remember which title. Seems like many other people have also added it as such, and now it's something completely different.
EDIT: It's likely supposed to be Tirant the White, a chivalric romance from the the 15th century.
