Author - Daniel Roselle (from text- formerly professor of history at SUNY - Fredonia. Editor of Social Education. Lots of other CV details).
ISBN - There are two listed. I have the revised/annotated (i.e. teacher's edition). It has 0-663-63577-3 printed in light blue (annotated), and then additionally has 0-663-32576-5 printed in black, and struck-through in light blue.
