I'm not sure if it's a glitch so much as a limitation of how reviews are shown across all editions. It's definitely not something that librarians can fix and it seems to be an issue that plagues most book pages. You could report it to Goodreads in the Feedback Group if you wish, but I'm not sure it would be a high priority fix.
If you look under the Community Reviews header you will see a green "filter" link. Click there and click "this edition" and you will see it change from "1-30 of 30" to "1-30 of 33".
The same issue on a bigger scale can be seen with The Fellowship of the Ring. When you first go to the page it says "1-30 of 3,000" when I repeat the steps above it says "1-30 of 978,100".
I think that the way the reviews section behaves it always expects for there to be reviews from multiple editions aggregated into that section. Unless you tell it specifically that you want "this edition" it will always act as though that's the case.
