Evernight Series by Claudia Gray - Reading from 'Evernight (Evernight, #1)' from August 7th 2018

I found that very patronizing too. When Bianca went without blood, he kept saying he'd help her soon.. but he really didn't grasp how the hunger felt.

I really want to try and finish today, or at least get close enough to finish it first thing tomorrow.
Right now, it really looks like Bianca and Lucas won't happen.. but you know they most likely will! So i'm really interested to see how she's going to turn it all around again.

I'm still at page 170. keep getting interrupted. Have to say that I like the fact that the author actually acknowledges that Bianca and Lucas have had sex. I get so sick of these books where they're all perfect little virgins who want to wait 'til they're married. I just don't think that's realistic.

I didn't either. Don't know where that one came from! I just got to that point and i was like 'really?'

I thought that was quite funny. Think I'd have been trying for a better look!

I did enjoy Afterlife, but for me, Hourglass was the best.
I'm not sure, it's definitely between Hourglass and Afterlife, although I think I liked the ending to afterlife more than anything. I think they're pretty much tied for me! ☺
Think I will read Balthazar at some point in the future if I can find it cheap!

I bought all four for under £10 on Ebay, So it might turn up cheap soon. :)
I think I paid £2.75 each for the first 3 from a charity shop, and then £2.41 for the fourth one new. Balthazar is still about £6 online though so will wait for that one!

Balthazar was only released this march, which explains why it's quiet expensive to the rest.
Hopefully in a couple of months time, it'll go down. :)
Oh, I thought it was released in march 2012.
Have you seen the spanish cover?
Those feathers get about!

I really hate those covers that everyone uses.. There's so many possibilities you can use, why go for the overused ones?
I like the German one the most, but the normal edition was nice too, I like how simple they are.

I do love the Balthazar one in German though.
I can see that! bit creepy! I think the UK ones for books 1,2, and 4 all look really really similar - just different colours!
