How do I change the cover for my book?

Hi, I'm about to release a new book and I need to update the cover. I can't figure out how to do that. I've clicked "delete image" and a notification pops up telling me that only a Librarian can delete the cover image. I'm trying to figure out how I go about this so I can upload the cover to the proper place. Can you all help me out or point me in the right direction?

For published books covers are not changed. For unpublished books they can be if arcs have not been sent out and reviews do not exist on that edition with cover.
