As a writer of fantasy novels(The Flame in the Bowl Unbinding the Stone, A Warrior Made) I would be very interested in participating in this group, but the group read aspects are a bit of a turn off.

I'd be interested in joining. I've written a couple of novels (only 1 published and currently out of print anyway) so I think I need the input from peers. I just joined GoodReads recently at the prompting of some of my 8th graders, so I have yet to figure out the posting. I'll get on that :)
