1. Set a date for the Q and A, based on group and author availability.

2. A moderator will post the Q and A under the Author Q and A thread.

3. Members post questions by an allotted date.

4. A moderator will send the author the questions, and after answering them, said author will send the answers back to that moderator.

5. The moderator will then post the answers back onto the thread.
