duplicate entry made by mistake

I've managed to add all three editions of There Must Be horses (print, epub and Kindle) and I've linked them together. However, in the process, I accidentally made a duplicate entry for the print edition which still shows up on searches. I've marked it as a duplicate entry to avoid confusion, but it would be good to lose it completely. Is it possible to do that without messing up the other entries? (I've got a giveaway running so don't want to do anything to spoil that.)
