Felling a lot better she got up and stretched before pouncing on him with a playful growl.

"Ooh?" he wiggled his eyebrows. "Kinky much?" he chuckled, leaning against the back of the couch to watch her.
She blushed and buried her face in his neck. "No I'm just hyper..."
"Good," he smiled. "I'm not sure I could take it after getting kneed today," he chuckled.
"I'm sorry, I didn't have control... I...I...I..." She said fumbling with her words.
He smiled, kissing her to shut her up. "It's fine"
She blushed and nodded. Sometimes he made her feel so weak but others she felt so powerful near him.
He leaned back and sighed, his arms spanning the entire couch as he looked up at the ceiling.
She snuggled against his chest. "A penny for your thought love." She said softly.
"Ooooh," he let out a large breath, running his hands abusively through his hair, which had fallen from its ponytail. "Thinking about..the future,"
"Really?" Se asked softly as he put her hands on his and gently combed her fingers through his hair. "What about it?"
He sighed, closing his eyes and managing a small smile. "Well...I don't want to do this forever. I want to settle down. Own an island beach shop."
She hummed softly, it was a heart warming tune. "That would be nice..." She whispered to herself.
"Yeah?" he wasn't sure if she meant with him, so left him hanging. "No kids though"
"Why's that?" She asked with a smirk. "Don't think you could handle them? To much energy?"
His closed eyed wrinkled as he frowned heavily. "I guess it would be okay if my wife took care of them"
A pang of hurt stung scarlet deep in her heart but she smiled. "And what would this Wife be like?" She asked softly.
"Oh..bold, outspoken," his hand suddenly roamed her body. "Tight ads and well endowed."
She blushed slightly and felt hope take hold of her heart. "What else would she be like? Would she be caring? Funny? Strict? Fun?" She asked her hands massaging his scalp gently.
"All those things...." he paused and bit his lip, his hands freezing as he felt her fingers. "Pierced unreasonably, colored hair, a body to draw stares, yet she'll be good with kids, and will know when to show customers attitude," his hands kneaded her lower back.
"So she'd be like me?" She asked hesitantly her finger stoping for a second before continuing.
He pretended to consider, then nodded slowly.
She smiled and kissed him softly on his lips, a faint smile on her lips. "What about pets?" She asked out of curiosity.
"Oh...hate cats...and birds," he made a face. "Anything else is fair game"
"Hmm why no cats?"
"Allergies!" he laughed, tickling her. "I get all..itchy!"
She squeaked and burst out laughing, squirming as she tried to get away.
He held her still, kissing his nose. "Oh no!!"
She laughed and stopped when he said oh no, worry etched into her face
"What?" he asked, leaning back. "I was just saying you weren't getting away..." he pouted.
She slipped off the couch and leaped up darting a tossed the room. She stuck her tongue out at him.
He rose slowly, groaning and stretching.
She grinned and made a face before racing up the stairs.
He moaned. "Really?" he gasped, fallowing her up slowly with heavy footsteps.
"Yep..." She said as she waggled her eyes brows at him.
He ran up the stairs after her, groaning. "What are you doing?"
"Being hyper." She said bouncing up and down on her toes.
"I'm not sure I like hyper," he sighed, darting down the hall after her.
She into her room and sprinted towards the bed before sliding under it and going silent.
He walked in, calling her name and glancing in the bathroom and closet, his steps sloppy and uneven as he was tired, running a hand through his hair. "Maybe kids could tire you out" he groaned.
She popped out from under on the other side and started shooting at him with a water gun.
"What the h*** Scarlet?" he yelled, throwing up his hands as he spat out water. "Grow up!" he boomed, looking down at his shirt, which now clung like a veil to his tattooed abs.
She burst into a fit of giggles, laughing harder every time she tried to stop.
He rolled his eyes. He had less than two hours ago had to beat her, and gotten beaten himself. He was tired and grouchy. He stomped out, throwing his shirt at her as he stomped towards his room, slamming the door.
She slowly stopped laughing and sighed, this always happened after she was beat or tortured, she rung his shirt out and Hun it up to dry, she slipped on a large baggy shirt and curled up under a large fuzzy blanket with a book in hand.
He turned on the shower and stripped, stepping into it and cleaning off before stepping out, wrapping a towel around his waist as his room filled with steam.
Scarlet got up to apologize before sitting back down with a sigh, she didn't know what to do. She thought he would be even more mad if she tried to apologize but also thought he would be sad if she didn't apologize.
He put on his boxers and basketball shorts, nothing else, and flopped in his bed as he looked out on the city.
Scarlet got up and opened her door, she walked towards his room book and blanket in hand. She stopped in his door way. "I'm sorry..." She said looking at him with a sad smile.
He sat up, watching her stiffly for a moment before opening his arms to her.
