Rachel, I'm not in the US and I got Attachments. It is Read Now, so anyone can download it, just click the button.

On another note, I got a book on Edelweiss, and I can't get it to be sent to my Kindle... Are there books that are not possible to send to Kindle?

usually they can all be sent to kindle, although i've had a couple that come through and are unreadable. have you selected the kindle option rather than the download option? i think when you click the green download button there is an option at the top of the pop up box somewhere.

Attachments has now got a US flag next to it, which it didn't have before. Rachel's right though, if she downloads it now when the flag is there she knows she's breaking their territory rights.

You mean on the profile settings? When I click on Download Review Copy, there is no option between downloading or sending to Kindle

No, when you click the green 'download review copy' button for the book you want, you should get a box pop up like this -



at the top of that box is a little line saying 'You are downloading an ARC in a Kindle format. Change '

if you click on the little blue 'change', it should give you the option to download to your computer, or to send to kindle.

maybe you can't download a kindle version of that book then. I've never had that happen before :(

The Inventor's Secret, The Nethergrim, The First Fifteen, and Hexed aren't available for readers in New Zealand Maddison so that is probably why you got declined for those ones. I didn't even bother requesting nearly gone and the inventors secret because I knew they wouldn't give me them because I was in the UK.

Oh, and quick question: once you have finished reading a Netgalley book you have to give them your review right? Do I click on the "title feedback" button to do that? Also, do I give them links to where I have posted my reviews or do I post the actual review? :)

Maddison's right, there's a box for the review and a box for the link. You can only submit the review once though so don't click send until it's complete.

I'm pretty sure I have been accepted for read now's that have flags beside them. I don't think its necessarily breaking the law, it just says readers from this place preferred. Either way I download....because I'm such a bad ass of course.

I am pretty sure it does go up which is why I only download books I know I will review and read. :)

Are the publisher preferences enforced? Just checked that the publisher of prefers members since 2011 but its "read now" should I just download it? :)
