Netgalley is still really confusing me. I have to set up a new kindle account if I want to send my books to my kindle because if I use my current account, it doesn't send. Netgalley says to put their email onto my kindle but I can't find that and I can't look online because my login doesn't work. Setting up a new account just seems to make it harder because my friend connected my accounts before and I can't ask her now...I'm still just trying to download onto my computer but it never seems to work! What should I do?

Oh dear! My current account for amazon I forgot the details to ages ago...
If you download it to your computer, you will likely need Adobe Digital Editions to open the files, and you won't be able to transfer them to your Kindle.

You can download it for free. You said that it crashed your computer when you tried to download stuff though didn't you?
I think this is getting to complicated because I have to download a lot of new software. Is Edelweiss any easier or should I just resort to my bookstore?
Edelweiss is just the same.If you're able to re-set your password, you won't need to download anything.
If you plan on reading everything on your Kindle you don't need to download any software. Just use your original Kindle account and add netgalley to your safe senders list, also make sure that Netgalley has your kindle email.

Well I did that on my kindle as well (without having to log in, her kindle should just automatically be linked). All you have to do is turn on you kindle, go to the home page and swipe down the status bar at the top. Go to settings (which is labelled "more" with a little plus sign on my kindle) and choose "my account". There should be a "add to contact list" option and you can approve of Netgalley there.
