I think she means big leagues as in the most popular bloggers that get all the super in demand books. I still get lucky occasionally and will get a book by a really popular author but its rare.

I don't have a Kindle so I don't know, but if after 55 days you still haven't read the book and it hasn't been archived, you can download it for another 55 days.

I don't know kinda sounds like a library. Why cant you keep the book, so cheap, seems like a way to get free reviews. Maybe I am too much of a book hoarder though. :P

Well, I've reviewed books after they've been archived, and my review rating went up.

And once you get them on the Kindle, you can keep them. Not sure about other devices or PCs.

Nah, it isn't that. Its that I want to try and request some books (I have only read the "read now" one so far) and if I keep downloading new books my ratio is going down and down. I'll download it after the 14th. By then I will have reviewed at least three of the books I've downloaded. :)

Every time you download a book (whether you have requested or got a "read now") your ratio goes down a little. It only goes up when you post the review back.

Like I have five book at the moment. My ratio was down to 0 when I took them all out because I hadn't given the feedback yet. When I reviewed two of them my ratio went up to 33%. Then I took out another book and it went down again to 26%. It say that you aren't likely to get accepted until you ratio is over 80% so I don't want to keep taking books out 'til I have reviewed the ones I have because I want to be able to request books (and get accept, well, more likely to get accepted) soon.
