Is this the last book or will there be more? Is there a cliffhanger?
@Ella- No, this is the last book in the series.I'm currently at 70% in the book. So far, I have really, really enjoyed reading the book. However, there were times I wanted to punch Emily for all of the crying. I feel like she is crying throughout the whole book. I want to tell her to get that SH!t together....but I realize it could be the hormones. Hey, who know....Anyways I'm dying to see how the books ends. I guess I'll pull an all-nighter.

I agree with the crying and I thought it was a bit heavy on the lovey dovey stuff, but still liked it. Lots of different twists and obstacles in their way. Great ending-worth the all-nighter! =)

I loved it ... There's a point where I jumped up screaming in my bed and was like NO!!! But still loved it.

OMG, I LOVED this book!! I can't even put into coherent words how good it was! I think Gail McHugh is a genius!! Gavin Blake was so awesome in this book, my goodness. I never would've thought the sequel would've surpassed the first one but this is one of those books!! I finished it the same day I bought it. Dropped everything I was reading when I found out it came out early and immediately began it and I was not disappointed!! Great book, just great!!
Just finished.....and can I just say AMAZING! Such a great way to end this book. So glad this came out early. I laughed, cried, and swooned! Gavin Blake is one shmexy guy, I totally fell in love with both Gavin and Emily. Sorry to see their story end here!
I just finished this amazing book!!! So worth the wait!! I loved Gavin!!! Great begining,middle,and end!!! I felt every emotion there was to feel!! So sad its over!!
Is an amazing book!! Gavin is one of my favorites boyfriend! I laughed and scream but at the end everything was so perfect!!! I will miss them!!
These books were amazing! Shot right to the top of my favorites. And Gavin...Oh he definitely shot to the top of my book boyfriend list. The passion in the things he says is so touching. OMG!

I thought Pulse was one of the best sequels to a book that I have read. I cant say that I loved Collide, but after reading Pulse I realized Collide was a neccessary evil. Collide developed the characters and story lines. Pulse was our pay off!! I love me some SHMEXY Gavin.
I love there story. At last they are together and happily, after everyhting that life has trown their way. Love has kept them together.

When I read Collide I was so annoyed because of the cliffhanger (while I love series, I hate the wait... and I am reading so many series that I constantly need to read the last few chapters of previous book otherwise I get confused... sorry about rant). By I agree with April that it was necessary. Pulse was absolutely amazing and did the the overall story such sweet justice.

Everything was copacetic until my eyes started reading chapter 18. WHY OH WHY?????!!! Was that really necessary? Did I miss something? I thought it was the self induced lack of sleep that had me imagining things so I went back this morning and re-visited said chapter....it was still there! Same words and everything!Over all, a great series and well worth my money and time. Except for chapter 18. Can somebody please explain that one?

Really loved this book. Yeah chapter 18 really had me going... I thought "no you can't do that to us!" Book was filled with so much drama, everything a romance novel is made up of. :)
I have just finished Collide and this. Gavin Blake was a fabulous character (in fact he was the perfect man), however there was too much crying from Emily (why do these female characters always have to be so bloody useless). Dillon's character could have been nastier and developed into a really good sub-plot. I found Collide ok and enjoyed reading it but Pulse was a bit boring and full of cliches. The dream chapter was stupid, and was totally unnecessary.
I also noticed that the music references to 'Angel' - Massive Attack and 'At Last' - Etta James were the same as in the 'This Man' series. I thought that lacked a bit of imagination on the authors part as there are thousands of songs that could have expressed the same sentiment so why use something that had been used so recently by another author.

ok there is one chapter in this book...toward the end, and everyone who has read it, you'll know what im talking about....its very very mean!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But then the next chapter you're like OMG THANK THE LORD BABY JESUS!!!!!!!!!!I loved this book!!! Both of them!!!!

the story is ok! not so bad at all..But I hate love triangle, it irritates me. She fell for other man, while still in relationship. That's called cheating in advance.

Cheating in advance? Did you miss the part he cheated on her and also he emotionally abused her? The was no "love triangle" at all. Judging by what you just said you probably haven't read Collide and If you have I really have no words to express myself without being "rude."
I normally HATE cliff hangers.I always try to avoid cliffhangers....I enjoy both of them....

wowww...you really take it so seriously..I already red Collide actually,,I did enjoy it, anyway it's cheating,logically she's in a relationship and felt the attraction with another guy, as simple as that. But the best part is she felt for the right guy. It irritates me cause everytime I red the book, i said "just please dump the boyfriend'...and run with Gavin for Gods sake".

I may be a little melodramatic lol, but honestly I don't really believe in "Cheating in Advanced." My believe in cheating is when theres some type of physical contact, but then again we don't have the same mindset, so I apologize. Also I totally agree with you, Emily was really annoying on some parts.
This book scared the living daylight out of me! I was in total shock fr at least a few minutes before I could even look at the book again. But I love it in the end.
The dream had me in such shocked I put my iPad down and walked away from the book. That chapter had my chest hurting. I was so wrapped up in the story and then all of sudden. WTH. No spoiler here. It took me a awhile to get it together to continue reading. My heart just broke and I was reading a damn book. The writing was just that good
Pulse had me crying, it was intense. I loved it.
