Book Cover and Duplicate Book

Hi there, I am fairly new to Goodreads. I am the author of Paradigm of Fear. Unfortunately while trying to upload my book, it got duplicated. Also, the cover art did not load. How can I remedy this? You can email me at choldridge07@gmail.com or reply on this post. Thanks.
