Okay, here it is. I found it in the author's note at the back. She said that capall uisce is pronounced "CAPple ISHka"

I found it really hard, and got annoyed when I found it at the BACK of the book, I had already finished reading it and the answer to my struggle was at the back of the book the whole time!

It didnt bother me. i love that book and i have read it several times. So good!
