Yep! I am ok in Action Script (3) and I'm just starting to learn iOS programming in Objective C. :D

Its kind of difficult to start, but once you understand the concepts its fun! I recommend to buy a book at Barnes & Noble or something because most internet guides aren't very well made...

Graphic designer! <- cool! I lack 'arts' so I can't even dream about being one -_-
Hmm, try w3schools.com for the basics. It allows you to test your own syntax. Since you're into designing, you can go see their lessons for CSS, HTML...etc. I only learned through this site (my prof's a monster and he's too fast, or I'm too slow).
Graphic design involves multimedia arts, for that you can always experiment through Flash animation, and editing softwares. Always feel free to experiment.
