What did you think of Thomas??

Personally, I didn't like Thomas at the beginning of the book. I thought he was very annoying and quite repetitive (though that has everything to do with the narrative). But as the book went along, I really started to see how smart and caring this kid really is. Let me know what you think!

I liked him from the start. Thomas is just SO awesome!!!

Honestly, I couldn't stand Thomas in any of the books. And I really didn't enjoy that I only got to see the world through his eyes.

I thought that MAYBE James could have wrote part of the story from someone else's point of view. Like maybe from Minho's in The Scorch Trials *Spoiler Alert* when Thomas and Brenda got separated from the rest of the group. I kind of wanted to know what was going through his head when that happened.

I have only read the first book, and I think it would have been cool to see it through Minho's eyes in that book too. But for the most part, I like it when a book is only one P.O.V.

I actually loved Thomas. He was so kind and caring towards everyone...he was even willing to risk his life for Minho and Alby-that was when I realized how much I liked him as a character.

I love my Tommy! Sure, a lot of people hate him, but nothing will stop my love for him. Thomas is just such a sweetie. And I know Dylan O'Brien will do the best he can to play him! <3

Yeah, I keep thinking about what Minho was thinking throughout the whole series. And what Newt and everyone else was thinking.

Definitely didn't like Thomas at all. He was a very boring character. But despite that, I loved the series. Even though he was very boring, I feel like anyone else in place of him would not be as good.

I thought his character is really weak but apparently, it turned out that I’m wrong. He is a true leader and really really smart. Although most of the time he's boring but oh well, having fun cant keep you alive in the Maze.
