You are welcome
Pen names are allowed, as long as you have used them to publish books and that is how you will be known. You can add your real name in the bio IF you want, or you can keep another user profile with your real name (if you want to have a user profile)
Claiming the author profile is useful, but not compulsory. You will be able to add blog, edit/add pictures and bio, do a giveaways and edit your own books.
