I like bookart"
Kack is not good in any vernacular!
Well, much as I loved the idea of 'book art', Googling it only ever brought up sites dealing with the making of books (as opposed to writing or illustrating them) or the use of books to make art pieces. So, after much consultation with my daughter and much Googling, we came up with the name of 'Magic Owl Design'. I collect owls. I have a cupboard full of owl ornaments of every shape, colour and size. So it fits me. And just to put the stamp of approval on it, I made the logo for it, then went to the postbox to gather the mail. Inside were two late birthday cards for me from internet friends in Scotland and Melbourne. The first had an owl design on the front, the second contained a beautiful owl keyring! How's that for coincidence? Magic!
Thanks for putting your thinking caps on everyone!
Now, where do I post about this site so that Patti doesn't slap me?

edit to say I should have read the post about owls before commenting :~/
Magic owl design sounds good.
After rejecting "Covers-R-Us", "Cover Designs Inc", and "KWS has your book covered", how about "Katie's Literary Judgements Service; Judge Your Book By Our Covers!"
So now I'm looking for a new name. Something that reflects me and what I do, but which isn't too long (so when I post on twitter I can post more than the name!) Any ideas?
