Severous and Lilly walked along.

I saw that you were about to fight James over there, and that doesn't solve anything.", she frowned slightly.

Severous frowned. "So? It's not like nobody here fights. Avery and Mulciber do." he pointed out, thinking this would help him.

[Olivia]

"I'm not fond of those two. I don't think it's good for anyone to be mates with them."

[Bad Wolf]

'But-" he searched vainly for an argument. "I thought we were supposed to be friends? Best friends?"

[Olivia]

We are , Sev, but I don't like some of the people you're hanging round with! I'm sorry but I detest Avery and Mulciber! Mulciber! What do you see in him, Sev, he's creepy! D'you know what he tried to do to Mary Macdonald the other day?" Lily had reached a pillar and leaned against it, looking up into the thin, sallow face.

"It was nothing." snape said dismissively, although he did look uneasy. "It was just a laugh, that's all."

[Olivia]

"It was Dark Magic, and if you think that's funny-- "

[Bad Wolf]

"What about the stuff James Potter and his mates get up to?" demanded a red faced "Sev."

[Olivia]

"What's Potter got to do with anything?" said Lily.

[Bad Wolf]

Severous searched in vain for something. "They sneak out st night. There's something weird about that Lupin. Where does he keep going?"

[Olivia]

"He's ill," said Lily. "They say he's ill--"

[Bad Wolf]

"Every month at the full moon?' he said viciously. He crossed his arms and glanced st Lily.

[Olivia]

"I know your theory," said Lily, she sounded cold. "Why do you care what they're doing at night?"

[Bad Wolf]

"I'm trying to show you that they're not as wonderful as everyone thinks they are!' he stammered.

He gazed at her very, very intensly.

[Olivia]

The intensity of his gaze made her blush. "They don't use Dark Magic, though." She dropped her voice. "And you're being really ungrateful. I heard what happened the other night. You went sneaking down that tunnel by the Whomping Willow, and James Potter aced you from whatever's down there--"

[Bad Wolf]

Severous felt his face contort as he spluttered out, "Saved? Saved? You think he was playing the hero?! He was saving his neck, and his friends too! You're not going to- I won't let you--" he said wildly.

[Olivia]

" Let me? Let me?" Lily's bright green eyes were slits.

[Bad Wolf]

"I didn't mean- I don't want you to be made s fool of- Potter fancies you! James Potter fancies you!' he said, the words torn from his lip.

[Olivia]

"Look, I know that James Potter is an arrogant toe rag, but Avery and Mulciber, Sev--"

Severous didn't hear anything after she insulted James. He was so relieved! She didn't fancy him? Wonderful! He, Severous, still had a chance! As they walked along, a new sprijg in his step developed.

Lily gazed at the clouds.

Severous skipped inside

[Olivia]

Lily followed after. But she wasn't skipping.

Severous tripped and quickly regained his footing, blushing.

[Olivia]

Lily giggled.

Severous blushed even more heavily as he heard her laugh.

All of a sudden Luna ran past the two, still screaming.

Severous was confused. Okay then....

Luna ran into a pillar. She collapsed to the ground, unconcious

Severous almost walked on, but he felt Lily would not approve. He ran over to Luna.

[Olivia]

Lily joined his side and helped him pick her up. They then carried her to the hospital wing.

Freya walked around.

The Marauders Sat next to a tree. James was playing with the snitch, making amazing saves, some by the tips of his fingers. Peter was gasping and clappig in amazement.

Sirius grinned. "James, you better stop that before Peter wets himself."

[Bad Wolf]

Peter blushed and giggled. "Alright." said James good naturedly, puttinf the snitch in his pocket.

[Olivia]

Lily walked past the boys.

James ruffles his hair.

[Olivia]

Sirius groaned. "I'm boooorrrred." Remus smiled. "Then, here help me study." he said as he shoved his books into Sirius's hands. Sirius grimaced. "No! I already know all this stuff!" he insisted.

James saw Severous walking past. "Hey, Padfoot... You said you were bored?' he snickered in a low voice, pointing to Severous.

Freya tickled the squid.

Sirius's head turned. He had become very still, like a dog that has scented a rabbit. "Excellent," he said softly. " Snivellus. "

James called out, "Alright, Snivellous?" he called loudly. Severous reacted in the only way he knew how. He dropped his bag and whipped out his wand.

Freya went to the firsts.

Zach watched from the tree they had sat below.

Remus pulled out a book and began to read.

Sirius let out a bark of laughter. "Impedimenta!" he said, pointing his wand at Severous. Students all around turned to watch.

Severous falls panting to the ground. Zach frowned. That wasn't good. James points his wand at Severous. "How'd the exams go, snivelly?" he sneered.

"I was watching him, his nose was touching the parchment," said Sirius viciously. "There'll be great grease marks all over it, they won't be able to read a word." The students watching laughed.
