Trish | 8 comments I'm pretty sure that the other books are books that other characters read on the show. For example the Sue Grafton novels Suki read or wanted to read those.

Sarah | 4 comments There is a list online of 339 books listed from the show...

Sarah | 4 comments Oh, and I also read on another forum that Rory read all of the Oprah Book Club books.

There is a list of those in this Wikipedia article:

It's possible I missed that, but I highly doubt this one. There's one comment she makes during her visit to Yale where she's recommended a book to the admissions interviewer and she tells him not to worry about the Oprah Book Club mark on the cover because it's actually a really good book - the implication being that that mark would generally mean a light-weight, not-to-be-bothered-with book for serious readers.

Sarah | 4 comments Oh, okay. I actually haven't made it through the whole series yet. Still in season one. Thanks!

ooo - have fun! It's great to rewatch, but the 1st time through is always the best. :D

Enjoy it, it's my favorite show. I have all the seasons and continually rewatch them, particularly when I'm having days when I get homesick for my mom because it was our show together. Sometimes I'll put it on and then call her and we'll talk about the episode I'm watching and we have so many quirks with each other that we got from different episodes.

I looked at the list of 339 books and checked off the ones I'm sure that I have read. It only turned out to be about 17% of the books that were listed.

Cindy Walsh (cindyrunner) | 25 comments Hi!
I was just wondering if the book for this month is Master and Margarita? I am just a newbie to this club and barely found the list for 2016,,, I am only on the 2nd season of The Gilmore Girls and I absolutely love the series. I have never made time to read and now there is this list and I want to challenge myself to read more and finish this list, even if it takes me 10 years.. lol I am so glad that you have this club, thank you for it..

Diana Paul This book is on my to-read list too! Have only two books before "Master and Margarita" to read and review first! Let me know what you think! Diana Y. Paul, author of Things Unsaid
