Delete request for change on Giveaway?

Is there any way you at Goodreads or I can delete a request to change my current giveaway? I'd prefer to just start a different giveaway.

Also, Am I right to assume that the money I proposed to use for the current giveaway isn't charged to my credit card if it wasn't all used?
