Chap 15-19:
(view spoiler)[ They go on a hike and Cassia receives a compass from Ky. Ky starts to teach Cassia cursive. Cassia and Xander go on a supervised date. When they come back from the date, officials are going around to homes collecting artifacts. Xander offers to hide Cassia's. Cassia gives him Ky's instead. In Chapter 19, the hiking group starts at a new place, the Hill. They are broken up into pairs and are asked to mark obstacles. Ky tells Cassia that he cares about her. (hide spoiler)]

Oh no! New girl entering the mix! Livy likes Ky and is jealous of Cassia's relationship with him. Cassia (view spoiler)[ realizes that she is falling for Ky, but still cares about Xander (hide spoiler)] One girl likes two boys. Two girls also like the same boy.

Chap 20-23:
(view spoiler)[ Cassia's mother comes home. Cassia reads more of the story Ky gave her. Officials come to visit Cassia and they let her know that she will do another sorting test soon. Cassia's mom leaves again. Official talks to Cassia about Ky. Ky gives Cassia a part of a poem and reads it to her. Ky kisses her on the cheek. (hide spoiler)]

Cassia continues to question her relationships. Is it bad that she is falling for someone that she shouldn't even be matched with? Why isn't she trying to have those feelings for Xander since he is her "official" match?

I agree with you Kirsty. It is a little bit annoying when she goes back and forth so much constantly. She just is questioning herself. Should she have those feelings for Ky? Should she try to make it work with Xander since he is her match?

I also agree that the world Condie created is pretty interesting.

Chap 24- End:
(view spoiler)[ Ky told Cassia about when he first "saw" her and asked Cassia when she first "saw" him. They told each other that they were in love. Cassia did another sorting test. This was at Ky's place of work. Cassia didn't know if she should put him in the higher or lower group.Ky also told Cassia about knowing he was entered into the matching pool. Ky was taken away. The official told Cassia that she and Ky were a controlled experiment. Cassia and her family end up being relocated. (hide spoiler)]

Part of me wonders what would have happened to Ky if he was put into the other group. Would he still be sent away? Would it have been the same outcome?

I really enjoyed this book! I can't wait to find out more about what happens! Does Cassia find Ky in the next book?

I really don't ship the Cassia-Ky thing even though I like a bit how beautiful the things seem to be. I like Cassia's rebelness and I think she did the right thing with the sorting, so her life won't be threatened anymore.
The other strange thing for me is that I can't picture Ky unlike I do with every other character, weird I know.

Both the two boys are amazing actually I ship them both. Maybe she didn't mention it through the story but Xander said she always cared about Ky. The most thing that broke my heart was when Xander told her we both appeared on the screen but you chose to see only Ky. (hide spoiler)]

it was really emotional i nearly cried at all the moments between the grandfather and the father of cassia.
