In M's case, it's definitely a sweet dream.
I was gonna make a joke after seeing the last comment but my mind's in the gutter. Not gonna do it lol.
Much like bowling, some of us need bumpers on our minds to keep our thoughts out of the gutter.
But the need for them does not always mean that they're used.
The game is much more fun without them.
Sometimes, my aim is so bad that my bowling ball crosses into neighboring lanes.
Sometimes my mind is so bad that my thoughts cross into neighboring windows.
I believe that's close to the definition of a Peeping Tom.
My neighbors' cat sits on my lawn and stares into my window. He is quite literally a peeping tom.
[Thanks. :) I just wish I was kidding. That cat really freaks me out.]
Perhaps he's a cat burglar, waiting to pounce...
Maybe he's caught sight of my knitting basket and found my yarn tempting.
A covey of pigeons tousle in the grass, and the wild honey suckle engages the white necked raven.
(Singing) "When two birds suddenly appear..."
A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.
The bush wants my hand, but my hand is already on fire.
Sitting at a red light in the middle of the night, though there are no other cars in the intersection.
A man wearing a striped-shirt and a fedora suddenly came to view.
A wooden can is in his hand and he begins to tap dance.
From a distance, he looked like a two-headed horse with no behind.
He was carrying a doll with no eyes.
The doll was dressed the same as the man.
Because the brother and sister had to share, the doll seemed neither boy or girl.
A broken old doll, the hair long worn off, and a smile that turned downwards.
It's funny that a toy or figurine that is torn-up and well-worn is proof that it is very well loved.
Or maybe it is the toy that the child always tried to kill when playing make believe?
Chucky sought revenge but failed.
Maybe it's because the toy company didn't include a plastic brain in his doll head?
Chucky was created as a toy to "kill" the competition. Take that, Cabbage Patch dolls!
The only reason he succeeded was because he killed the consumers too. There was no one left to buy the other toys...
There was a sequel planned, though, and they had found good writers.
