The link to this book on author's official webpage is at http://www.hatrack.com/osc/index.shtml ; the offiical url given on the book page is the exact same as the purchase link for amazon. The publisher link is http://us.macmillan.com/earthafire/Or... (and on most of the editions). Not sure which is correct now that amazon owns goodreads.

At any rate, the kindle edition at Earth Afire needs the bookcover added from either of those links.
