The begging thread!!!

I have been so caught up in everything going on in my life at the moment that I have completely forgotten to beg everyone for sponsors!!
I am doing the Race for Life tomorrow (Wed 3rd July) at 7pm and plan to run as much of it as possible in memory of My Nan, Aunt and for my Grandad who is slowly losing his battle. Also will be running for all of my patients and our Vanessa who are currently fighting.
Anyway, if anyone can spare a few pennies (honestly I am not expecting loads as it is only 5km) then I would be most grateful.

I thoroughly enjoyed it and we managed to complete the 5k in 46mins. To be honest I could have done it quicker but my partner in crime had not done any training and we were in it together so didn't want to leave her behind. Am still very pleased with how we did though. And with her sponsors too (which I have added as offline sponsors to the just giving page) we have so far raised £235 which I am so chuffed at! Really am pleased so a huge thank you to everyone who sponsored us :-)

Thank you Karen, I am not sure to be honest! I think quite a while though (my friend has a just giving page for the London to Brighton bike ride he did a few weeks ago and that is still going) but please don't feel you have to! I am overwhelmed with the support! We are now £2.50 off raising £300!
