If I ever see them on I will watch them, without fail. And at random I will just throw on the DVDs.

jaws, airplane, clue, any of the JP movies, hunt for red october, and so many more....

The Princess Bride
Mr. & Mrs. Smith
Any 1980's John Hughes movie, i.e. Breakfast Club or Sixteen Candles
Pretty much anything with zombies in it.

If I'm in the mood for something sad/contemplative, it's either "Paper Man" or "Atonement".
If I just want a nice, happy movie I stick with: "Sisterhood of Pants" (1 and 2), "Pitch Perfect", "Aquamarine", "Clueless", "Easy A", or "The Brass Teapot". "Frozen" or "Tangled" would also be thrown in.
Or, if I'm feeling more like a darker comedy, "Heathers" or "Elizabethtown". The latter isn't as dark as "Heathers" by any means, but it's funny and touching, at the same time.
Dirty Dancing
Beauty & the Beast
Aladdin
The Little Mermaid
Pretty Woman
Ever After
