While she chose to use her powers to help people, he chose a life of corrupt power. They Seperated themselves in everyway possible, she got plastic surgery to change her face so he would never find her again, and even changed last name in attempt to hide/ get away from him. She studied the fighting form of jujitsu and gave herself cat-like reflexes agaility. To this day can barely stand to hear her 'brother's' name

Well the two villains could be plotting things( seperately) and the superheroes could be watching them and then try to stop them. Then at some point they get captured and then we'll see how it plays from there(( oh I changed it a bit again because I realized that they need to fall in love. For a moment there I thought of the gross incest kissing. So I put brother in quotes so its like she thought of him like a brother))

Dawn was scaling the side of the building. She hated this villain in particular. He was the one person she really wanted to hurt.
Jace was in his luxurious hide-out looking over all of the cameras he had set up over the city. He looked at one in particular that caught his eye. He zoomed into a figure scaling a wall. He zoomed in even closer and looked at the crystal clear quality of the screen where he saw someone who looked familiar. He ran the face through his mind but couldn't quite put a finger on it. (Sorry this was so long XD))
Nasai ran through the streets, chasing a man who had just blown up an apartment building. He, of course, had no chance against her. She immediately had him pinned to the ground, pressing his face into the rough asphalt.

She reached the roof easily. She knew he was on the top floor. He had his own little penthouse. ' He has made a life for himself' she thought in disgust. She then had to slip into the room undetected. She turned herself into shadow mode. She was a moving shadow, no face just an outline filled in with black. He finished it. It was perfect and right. He had made his mind control gas was finished. He just had to bomb it into certain places. Then he'd rule everything.
Jace saw the figure on his house slipping inside. He switched to his house cameras and watched as she turned into a shadow. She has the same powers I do...Who is she?! he set of a voice thrower in another room that sounded like he was making a voice diary. As soon as she went in there he would shut the invincible door, locking her.

She followed the voice silently. She slipped through the door cautiously. She didn't like the feel of this room.He was finishing up the gas bomb. Now to fill it with gas and test it.
