Small pubs looking for HF submissions

Per a recent panel at the HNS (June, St Pete FL), there are many reasons to submit to the small publishers who seek historical fiction.

Examples include Allium Press, (USA), also Seriously Good Books (USA); and several university presses. Some have a regional emphasis or concentrate in a particular era.
