This topic is about Wraiths. What are they? Have you read any books about them? What is your opinion on them?

I have never read a book about them. Actually, I don't even know what they are. Can someone help?

Wraiths, by the usual definition, are generally considered to be a type of ghost or spirit. Often the word is used in a more negative context, and may include more physical interaction than may be typical (or reanimated corpses/skeletons), and typically implies more vengeance-mindedness than an "ordinary" spook.

M'self, I tend to lump spooks of all flavors together for terminology and judge them individually for personality/actions, and use a lot of the words for them almost interchangeably... but that tends to drive people bonkers. XD
