My husband was telling me about some scam that this guy was sending prominent artists copies of his mentally disabled son's artwork. With a letter requesting a trade. The guy scammed hundreds of artists that way.

^I've heard it's good, but short. I will probably get to it next year when the library wait list isn't a mile long.

Wow! You tore through that one.
Have you heard of the "I'll try anything once" challenge (or something along those lines) where the goal is to read something from about twenty-five different genres this year?

Are you kidding? My TBR has been getting wrecked since this group started! I was going to suggest just hiding in your own thread, but that would be sad, and they aren't above bringing the temptation right to you anyway.

And who is it that likes Janny Wurts? We're doing a group read of Daughter of the Empire this month in my fantasy group. Janny is stopping by to answer questions that people have.

Yes, kidding, but sort of not. Three titles mentioned and it's a solid 2.3 for almost making it to my TBR. At least in Mrs. J's I'm safe because 90% of it is in a genre I don't read. :)
