Well rather than just proceeding completely at random whim..casting around blindly...

What most people do on this website is to use it this way: select a book with the 'search' tool (above, top of the page) and when you see a book you know that you've read..you 'add' it to a list or collection. This then becomes 'your' collection of book titles. In other words, it reflects your real-life reading habits, your experience with books.

'Adding' books like this.. making lists..allows you to see all the 'conversations' people on the site might be having about these books. Because--just like you---they've read them, then visited this site to 'add' them to their own lists.

Important note: all this is free and has nothing at all to do with buying any books. There's never any purchase obligation for you to use this site.
