I'm up for a future interview. As Ken McKea I've written four Florida thrillers, available as e-books for Kindle. Under my own name I've written about 75 books from mainstream publishers.

So, after spending all day editing the video and still not being done, I figured I'll change the format. I'll do it once a week for an hour, like all normal people. The next one will be Saturday, July 20th. I think 7-8pm EST would be the best time for me, but I can change it if everyone else can't do it at that time. I need 3 people for it. We'll start 15 minutes earlier just to make sure everyone is on board and everyone's hardware is working.
Also, for this Thursday I'm looking for volunteers to have their covers critiqued. You don't have to be there when the video is recorded, just tell me which covers you want to be critiqued. I'll have my husband, who is an illustrator, look over them on air and give suggestions on how they can be improved. I've seen many covers that look good or all right, but if one or two minor things were changed, they'll be perfect. That's the types of covers I'm looking for.

This session's time is set because I want to have 3 authors on at the same time, so I have to make sure everyone can do it.
So far it looks like the session I'll have on Aug 2nd or 3rd isn't set in stone and all 3 spots are opened. If you can give me a good time when you can do it (preferable second half of the day since authors have a nasty habit of holding jobs, so not many can do before 6pm) I can work around that.

I can definitely do either Aug. 2 or Aug. 3 at 7 p.m. -- which ever day works best for you.

Got all the spots filled up, but I can add you to one of the future talks.
May I ask what genre that anthology is?
I got a copy editor for next week who's editing an 18 century short story collection. I want to make sure yours doesn't clash with that collection too much. If not, I can have you on next week.

I'll have a few questions ready and perhaps a game. If we go off topic, that's perfectly fine. I want it to be as "how to be a writer" free as possible while still putting an emphasis on books and storytelling

Saturday, August 3 definitely works. Later will be better if we can do it because I'll be in NYC. I can definitely be available by 7 p.m., but if 3 p.m. is already set, I will reorganize my schedule to make sure I can be available then.

Sorry I didn't get back to you earlier. I don't think I can do the recording much later than 3 because an other author can't do it during the second half of the day.

Unfortunately I don't think this is meant to be for me. My schedule is just too crazy and it won't calm down any time soon. I appreciate your patience and understanding, but I am going to bow out so others can have a chance to participate. Good luck with everything.
I have one more spot but I'm not sure exactly what time. It'll be either 4:30 or 5:30 EST. I'm waiting on one more response on exact time. As soon as I get it, I'll let you know.
If you can't do it at that time, I'll probably have another one of these next month and we can arrange something that would work better for you.
