Maybe we should have a separate folder for character creation, so it doesn't get lost in the general. Also, a place to say which districts are full and such, so that we don't get 10 billion district 6 characters or something.

I thought of the first thing too, but idk, I just didn't. And I guess we can have a maximum of citizens for each district :)

Just ideas. I dunno. I've found, in groups, once one thing isn't organized, it all seems to fall apart :( and I don't want that to happen.

You can make a new folder called 'Character creation' and make a topic for each district, I will make one with the template and stuff :D
