Tammy wrote: "I'm finally going to chase down the Julie Hyzy series, thanks to all of your recommendations!"Hope you enjoy them. The series gets better & better as it goes!
Therese wrote: "I'm starting Silent in the Grave by Deanna Raybourn, a new author for me, I'm starting from the beginning."That's one of my favorite series. I love historicals.
Kari wrote: "The best site to check for used books is www.bookfinder.com "I've used Bookfinder.com a few times, when I couldn't find what I needed on Abebooks, but I find that site is not quite as user friendly or intuitive to me - and it's results usually end up sending me back to Abebooks or Alibris anyway. Abebooks is nice for me as well, because I tell it I'm in AU and it converts to AU dollar and calculates shipping right at the listing level - so I can take shipping costs into account when deciding which copy I should buy. But bookfinder has been a great resource for me a time or two when I was looking for something that turned out to be obscure.

I wasn't sure i was going to like this either. But I really clicked with the character Lucy right off.
I read Tea is for Terror (The Claire Gulliver Mysteries) #1
Washington Weirdos (The Claire Gulliver Mystery Series) #2
and now will start
Intrigue in Italics (The Claire Gulliver Mystery Series) #3
What a great series.
Intrigue in Italics by Gayle Wigglesworth
Next in my pile (haven't started yet) is
. It's the first in a new series so I hope I like it. Sorry you don't like Louise's books. I enjoy the small town in Canada.
Therese wrote: "I'm starting Silent in the Grave by Deanna Raybourn, a new author for me, I'm starting from the beginning."Therese,
I really enjoyed reading this book, and I've GOT to make time for the rest of the series! I hope you enjoy it, too!
We did it again, Dru! LOL After that, I want to read
. I always enjoy Livia J Washburn's literary tours books.
I'm debating between two Agatha Christies - Postern of Fate or The Murder of Roger Ackroyd or else The Secret History of the Pink Carnation.
Anyone read Simon Lucas' The Chicken Shak Spy? Received a recommendation but don't know much about it.
Okay. Finished
and really enjoyed it! Great ending! Was going to start Killer on a Hot Tin Roof but instead jumped into Force of Habit first in a new series by Alice Loweecey. I'm 3/4th of the way through already and really liking it. Will read KoaHTR after that. : )

I think you'd like Force of Habit too, Melodie, if you want to give it a try. : ) If you don't have it, soon as I finish, I'll put it up for swap.
Just started
, wanted to read this for a while. Reading as part of the Feb month theme challenge... Love the setting, all the cute shops!

I'll probably read TRESSED TO KILL by Lila Dare. That's new author for me and the first in The Southern Beauty Shop series.Someday I'll have to figure out to post those little books, although it's very difficult to read the titles.
Currently on
and then plan to read
. And, Melodie, Force of Habit is on the way -dropped it in the mailbox this morning.

TRESSED TO KILL is a good one! To add book covers or titles with hyperlinks, just click on "add book/author" at the top of the comment box. Then type in the book name. When the books come up you can click at the bottom of that box to make it just the title or cover. As for the covers being hard to read, if you put your cursor over the cover it will give you the title & author.
Just starting
but next up after that is
. I'm actually a little nervous about that one. Some of the Aunt Dimity books have been annoying to me but some have been really good (imho) so I've kept with the series. Down Under was good so I'm hoping this next one will be too.

I have high expectations for myself! I am starting
,
and
on my Cruz! Also soon to be starting
for the March challenge. I don't know why I can't just read one at a time!
I'm still trying to catch up on the China Bayles series by Susan Wittig Albert. So my next book up is a library book
.
Kaye - Aunt Dimity and the Family Tree was pretty good. (whew! that's a relief) I got a bunch of books today so have stuff to read for a week or so. I think I'll read
and
next after I finish

Bought some new books today (see "latest cozy splurge" thread) and now have to decide which to read next. Think I'll start with
or
. Decisions, decisions! LOL
Melodie wrote: "My next one will be

I have been lurking around different sites, and found an author I don't know.
The book is calledThe Wedding Shawl
Has anyone read or heard of this cozy knitter book?
