If you are looking for someone to request your book at their library please do a few things that will help out.

Post a new topic in this folder with your book title as the name.

Put COMPLETE information about your book in the note. This would include:

1. Name of Book
2. Name of Author
3. Publisher (or self if it's self-published)
4. The ISBN (you MUST have an ISBN number)
5. Genre
6. Short description
7. Publication Date
8. Distributor (if you know it)

Please be aware that what goes around, comes around...so if you're looking for someone to request your book, then the kind thing to do would be to find a book that interests you to request it from your own library.

And if you find out that your book was requested and put in a library successfully, let us know! We love hearing about victories!

Sounds like you're doing great so far. Start a new topic with all of that information. Libraries can be difficult, but as one library buyer told me, if someone ASKS for the book, that means that they have customers that already want it. Hence the priority put on buying it. The important thing is for someone other than the author to request it - the more 'real' readers want a book, the more likely it will be purchased.

Better than the Best, by James Oh, is an inspirational masterpiece. His book is full of encouragement and direction. I found sound wisdom to break free of restrictions that have kept me from being my best. I like this quote from his book: "If you continuously compete with others,You become Bitter.
But if you continuously compete with yourself, You become Better." Highly recommended. Glenn Langohr

I have read quite a few books that promote the topic of self-growth and professionalism and Better than the Best takes the cake! James Oh does a magnificent job at telling his story while revealing those little nuggets of wisdom we all need from time to time. My favorite quote in this book is: "to unlock your inner power is to stop resisting." Wow!!

Page after page you will find original and thought provoking content. Personally, I will be returning to this book for motivation. It is inspiration, life coaching and a refreshing drink of water all inside one book. I highly recommend Better than the Best if you are looking for motivation to pursue and achieve your goals.

Sorry, I'm getting tired. It's late! Add the book to the group books on the group's main page. You'll see a couple of books there already. That way we can see at a glance what we're promoting. :)
