I'm bored and happy so hiiiiiiiiii!I caught up with all my RPs! I feel so proud of myself! Now I only have... about four going right now which is beyond odd. And I only had two notifications this morning which is even more odd.

Columbus was NOT a hero, and he was NOT the first to cross the Atlantic. Native Americans canoed to Holland in 60 B.C and did not get a national holiday named after them (http://www.cracked.com/article_19864_...). The only thing he "discovered" was that Native Americans were totally enslave-able. He reinvigorated the genocide in Spain that was only just ending after pushing the Moors out (http://www.cracked.com/funny-6223-5-g...). He should be dug up and hung as a war criminal, not given a national holiday! Hang him twice!

Eh, I agree with Maniac. Columbus was kind of an ass. I'm in APUSH right now and I seriously hate it because it just talks about how much crap we did to the native americans. Yet there's literally nothing devoted to them.
Like, when we got to the part in our text book that mentioned Louis and Clark, they mentioned Sacajawea once. Yes, let us forget that she led the entire escapade, all whilst being female and carrying a newborn on her back.
Bleh I've never even heard of Halloween break but that's amazing. I'm going as Frodo Baggins this year for trick-or-treating, and probably Harry Potter or George/Fred Weasley the next. All depends on cosplay.
