It depends where they're from.
Each place has a different one so there is no such thing as an 'Irish Accent'.
E.g. Galway, A Wicklow town and countrysides.
The British have the sexy accents. I spent my holiday in London listening to hot guys speak...
Okay, well they have cool accents. Like, collectively. I love all their accents. American's accents are just pretty much the same. The only differentiation is the north from the south. That's pretty much it.Omigosh, British guys. Swoon~

Shu: My accent sounds just like everyone else's around me. So to me, it's boring. Your accent probably sounds just a tad different from mine since I live in a part of America that has a bit of its own accent but not by much. There are separate American accents but they all pretty sound the same.And, it's okay. I'll live. Hopefully...
